1. Warranty & Terms
Fastcubes Office Furniture works directly with our manufacturing and distribution partners to provide the special handling required to deliver your office cubicle products free from damage and with the least amount of disruption to your existing work environment.
2. Limited Lifetime Warranty
FastCubes Office Furniture provides a 5-year limited warranty to those customers that purchase directly from FastCubes Office Furniture and assemble the product for resale to an end-user (“Customer”). By purchasing from FastCubes Office Furniture, Customer expressly agrees that the limitations set forth herein. This limited warranty is applicable to Customers in the United States of America, U.S. Territories and Canada and is effective only for products, parts or components purchased by Customer. This limited warranty is not applicable to end-users.
3. What is Covered
Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is replacement of the defective part. The following are excluded from the limited warranty: normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident, shipping damage, acts of god, product used for rental purposes, or use, installation or maintenance other than in accordance with written instructions. This limited warranty does not apply when the product has been altered, modified, repaired or refurbished. When replacing a defective product, parts or components, FastCubes Office Furniture does not guarantee matching color, grain, texture or dye lots.
4. To Make A Claim

With questions or to get a quote, please contact us at customerservice@fastcubes.com or 866.622.2823 and provide the original invoice number and freight bill. Products will not be accepted for warranty replacement without the prior written consent by FastCubes Office Furniture prior to returning. Freight charges for returns must be pre-paid by purchaser. All requests for replacement under this limited warranty must be submitted in writing and reference the original invoice number and freight bill, providing proof of delivery for the product claims.
4. Delivery Damage
FastCubes Office Furniture’s limited warranty does not apply to shipping damage or damage caused in transit. It is important that damage or shortages are noted by Customer on the freight bill and that a claim be filed immediately with the carrier for any loss or damage occurring in transit. Concealed damage should be reported by the Customer to the carrier upon discovery. Claims for damage caused by delivery must be made in writing by Customer within 10 business days of delivery. Failure to make a claim during the 10 day period shall be deemed Customer’s admission that the products were shipped free of any defect in material and workmanship.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTCUBES OFFICE FURNITURE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AS TO ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER OR NOT THAT PRODUCT OR DEVICE IS COVERED BY ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTCUBES OFFICE FURNITURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE OR TIME INCURRED BY PURCHASER OR END USER). IN ADDITION, FASTCUBES OFFICE FURNTIURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
